HR Manager
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through talent development and retention
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Fluent in English and other languages (optional)
